Planet Youth Advisor Board Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in supporting the work of Planet Youth for our region.
This is the first step in applying to be a Youth Advisor for our board. Once completed and submitted it will be reviewed with the other applications, and you will be notified by March 13th through the preferred way to contact you list on this application. Those selected will be given a consent form to complete at that time and those that we cannot accommodate in this round for the YAB will be notified and put on a wait list for participation. If membership changes and space opens up for new YAB members, those on the waitlist will be contacted in order of application date as for their continued interest in participating.
